Tan Tock Seng Hospital expands use of Bot MD's A.I. Clinical Assistant to 1000 doctors and nurses
Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is expanding the use of Bot MD's developed-in-Singapore A.I. Clinical Assistant to power instant hospital information search for 1,000 doctors and nurses in a single mobile chat interface, enabling them to get the clinical and operational information they need immediately.
By simply querying Bot MD's A.I., doctors and nurses can instantly search for the doctor on call or get the right clinical information based on the hospital's protocols and lab test catalogue, without having to wait to use the common computer terminals and search the hospital intranet.
The Bot MD Hospital Platform enables doctors to easy query call rosters to find the doctor they need to contact in their clinical workflow. The A.I. has also been used by doctors to carry out a reverse contact search to verify if they have missed a call from a hospital colleague.

Bot MD is integrated with TTSH's Sharepoint intranet environment enabling doctors and nurses to search hospital protocols and junior doctor guidebooks while on the go. The platform also includes instant access to the TTSH Lab Test catalogue to find out the lab test available, as well as a drug image database to verify patients' request for medication refills.
In view of the immense amount of stress that healthcare workers experience at work, TTSH has intentionally make its Staff Wellbeing resources instantly available from the Bot MD A.I. Assistant. Doctors and nurses who need help and support can find out where they can seek help through simple dialogues with the Bot.
The upgraded Bot MD Hospital platform now includes Einstein, a web-based admin dashboard that gives TTSH hospital and department administrators self-service rights to manage their users, sync their lab test catalogue, hospital protocols and send hospital or department-wide broadcasts. By tracking user analytics and user feedback, hospital management can identify the type of information that are most critical to the clinical team.
