NEMG Clinics Adopt an Omnichannel Approach to Patient Appointment Scheduling through Bot MD

Northeast Medical Group (NEMG) has partnered with Bot MD to digitize the scheduling of clinic appointments, vaccinations and teleconsultations for their primary care clinics in Singapore.

Bot MD powers the NEMG WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and the website to enable patients to easily book appointments 24/7. Once their appointment has been scheduled, patients receive instant confirmation of their booking through WhatsApp along with the ability to easily reschedule and cancel their appointments without having to call.

The Bot also sends patients prep instructions and appointment reminders prior to their visit and can also instantly answer frequently asked patient questions such as vaccination eligibility, clinic locations as well as operating hours for various NEMG clinics.

Furthermore, Bot MD's omnichannel patient-engagement platform allows clinic assistants to focus on attending to the patients in the clinic without being overwhelmed by phone calls from patients. By automating appointment scheduling and reminders through WhatsApp, clinic assistants no longer need to call patients one by one.
