Morula IVF Jakarta announces the launch of the Bot MD Care AI-powered WhatsApp patient engagement platform to automate patient education and reminders for their IVF patients. The platform allows patients to easily track their menstrual cycles, IVF injection dosages and times, medication intake and follow-up visit schedules through a convenient WhatsApp interface.

Patients who are undergoing IVF treatments (such as the Mini Stimulation Program, Short and Long Protocols, Frozen Embryo and Embryo Transfer Programs) will be enrolled into the Morula Bot MD Care platform and will  receive automated WhatsApp reminders relating to their IVF treatment.

Bot MD Care has a proven track record of helping hospitals and clinics across Southeast Asia automate and improve overall patient adherence and engagement by 80% through powering popular chat platforms such as Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger and LINE with their A.I. Assistant.

Bot MD's Patient WhatsApp Chatbot will also be used to instantly answer questions from couples who are considering to undergo IVF treatment.
