Indonesian Medical Association Partners with Bot MD to Power Instant Search for over 200,000 Doctors

Bot MD has partnered with the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) to embed its AI Assistant on the IDI website, enabling more than 200,000 doctor members to instantly search for association information, IDI services and national guidelines.

The Bot is available in both Bahasa Indonesia and English and has been trained on frequently asked questions from IDI members. This partnership with Bot MD is part of IDI's digital transformation journey to improve the quality and availability of its services for its members through digital tools and making this accessible 24/7.

User Friendly Web Widget

Bot MD's user friendly web widget lists helpful services as options in a welcome menu to make it easy for doctors to find answers to IDI services and membership information.

Members can use the IDI Bot to easily search for information on new memberships, apply for their electronic membership card (E-KTA), report issues with membership activation, renew their competency certificate or even submit their feedback to IDI.

Bot MD responds instantly to Doctor questions and offers helpful quick options to predict additional services they may need next.

Since 2018, the Bot MD platform has been used by over 18,000 doctors and nurses around the world to search for clinical content and hospital specific content such as institution guidelines, call rosters, drug formulary and more. Bot MD enables hospitals to easily integrate their hospital information systems and content for instant search and helps to power hospital workforce productivity.

As the largest medical association in Southeast Asia with over 200,000 registered doctors, the Indonesian Medical Association represents the largest professional body overseeing doctor accreditation and continuing medical education in Indonesia.

This is Bot MD's first partnership with a medical association to power information search for their members. The company plans to make this service available to other doctors across Southeast Asia by partnering with other medical associations in the region.
