Overview

Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. Our core technology, “Bot MD”, is a proprietary medical A.I. chat engine that can be integrated with any hospital and clinical information system and used to power any chat platform (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber) to help doctors and nurses automate patient engagement and remote monitoring.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team to support our enterprise hospital and clinic customers in the rollout and implementation of Bot MD products across Singapore and/or Malaysia. This role will be a great fit for you if you love driving growth, get excited by engaging with clients and are passionate about growing revenue through customer engagement and hustling towards the next sale. We are looking for problem-solving sales folk who love software sales and consultative selling.

In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and help to drive our revenue and growth across Singapore and Malaysia. Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target through building strong hospital sales pipeline (“Hunter”)
  • Partner with customers to deeply understand their pain points and sell Bot MD solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process and product improvements to support client renewal and revenue growth.
  • Uncover new opportunities within existing clients to enable up-sell and cross-sell conversations.
  • Opportunity to build a playbook to scale across the region

Job requirements

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Direct Sales experience; with relevant experience in the healthcare or startup tech related fields
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry and selling into hospitals, clinics, industry
  • Love technology and possess a deep understanding of SaaS products, ideally with experience managing hospital and clinic stakeholders within the medical industry
  • Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams (product management, solutions delivery, engineering)
  • Team player with great communication skills and a can-do spirit
