Kortex and Bot MD partner to launch first A.I. powered WhatsApp neurosurgical patient monitoring platform

Kortex has partnered Bot MD to launch the first A.I. powered neurosurgical patient monitoring platform that is integrated with WhatsApp, enabling patients to easily self report their post surgical symptoms while automating alerts to Kortex's clinical team to attend to patients who need help.
This neurosurgical patient monitoring service will be available to all patients of Kortex clinics in National Hospital Surabaya, Rumah Sakit Persada Malang and its newest clinic in Rumah Sakit JIH Yogyakarta.
This Bot MD Care platform will be used to monitor cervical, hemifacial spasm, lumbal, trigeminal neuralgia and tumour patients after their surgery. Patients will receive automatic reminders in WhatsApp to report their symptoms, wound status and key clinical parameters such as pain of surgical wound, bleeding, and swelling for post lumbal surgery patients. When patients report abnormal symptoms, the platform will automatically send alerts to Kortex's clinical team so they can help these patients. Patients will also receive reminders in WhatsApp to return to the clinic for their follow-up medical reviews.
